01Who we are
This website belongs to Mel, a content creator working as msyttt, based in Bangkok, Thailand. For anything about your personal data, email hello@msyttt.com.
02What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect: your name, email, brand or Instagram, what you need, project type, timeline, your message and (if you add it) your phone, LINE or WhatsApp. We also store a scrambled code made from your internet connection (not the address itself) to stop spam.
03Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan the project. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Who processes it
Your enquiry is stored with Supabase (servers in Singapore) and sent to Mel by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel and protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. These services only handle data to provide their service.
05Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. PLACEHOLDER — Mel to confirm.
07Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Email hello@msyttt.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
